1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Top Student website [www.topstudentcounseling.com] or engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Services

  • Services are intended for high school students, college students, and young adults, with parent/guardian consent required for clients under 18.

  • Our coaching and mentoring services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Clients are responsible for booking sessions using the scheduling system provided.

  • Attendance is required at the agreed-upon time. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on missed sessions.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Fees for single sessions and packages are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payments are processed securely through our approved payment processor.

  • All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, guides, resources, and content on this website are the property of Top Student.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While Top Student strives to provide high-quality coaching and mentoring, we do not guarantee specific academic, admissions, or career outcomes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Student’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services purchased.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion, including (but not limited to) non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or repeated missed sessions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

Top Student may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
